Background of the company


Orient Tradelink conducts its affairs in a fair transparent and professional manner. The company believes that good Corporate Governance practices enable the Board to Direct and control the affairs of the company in an efficient manner. As such, the company steps to put in place the system of Corporate Governance as per the guidelines provided in Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement by 'Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015'. Further with the formation of the various committees within the organizations, the company also complies with various provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 as well as SEBI and Stock Exchange requirement. As per the norms prescribed under Listing Agreement being applicable to the company and in compliance to Section 292A of the Companies Act, 1956, the company had partly complied with the code of corporate governance on 31st March, 2011.
 

MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS

(a) PRESENT STRENGTH OF THE COMPANY

The Company is engaged in the business of production, marketing and releasing Movies, Animated Movies, Television Serials, Song Albums, running shows on TV and Radio to name a few. The company has recently started its FMCG division with the Brand name of “Krishna Sai” which is slowly gradually picking up the market. The Managing Director of the Company, Mr. Aushim Khetarpal is a world renowned Celebrity, Actor, Director, Producer and is a true follower of Shirdi Sai Baba and a spiritual healer as well. The Company has ventured into various series of Audio and Visual direction, production, developing and marketing of products and is expected to earn a respectable turnover and profits out of operations. The company has made extensive efforts in developing of various products used in entertainment activities and media. The company has strong fixed assets base in the form of fixed assets and investment. Once, the market is identified, the management is hopeful of making optimum use of the fixed assets, work in Progress etc. available in the company. The Company has recently acquired the offline and online Sales and Marketing rights of Inventory of more than 2000 hours of Video Content and approx 500 hrs of Audio content in the genre of Mythology for the next 10 Years. The company has also acquired the Sales and Marketing rights of around 30 Mantras and converting them into the Pen drives and CDs/DVDs which are being purchased by the spiritual community at a very fast pace

 

(b) FUTURE OUTLOOK

Apart from the FMCG the spiritual genre is having a very huge market around the globe. As Mr. Aushim Khetarpal himself is a spiritual healer, his name is very big in the field of spirituality and mythology and now as the company has got into the spiritual genre and has got the vast inventory of more than 2000 hrs of video content and approx 500 hrs of Audio content on Sai Baba, the future in this segment seems very bright and the same has been experienced in past few months with the sales going up at a very fast pace. The company has recently started producing the Merchandise, CDs, DVDs, Pen drives and 42 other products (Pictures given below). >
